This policy covers the Road Trip & Rental Coverage Handbook, once available. Guides, the checker, the Rental Counter Checklist, accounts and the newsletter are free, so there is nothing to refund.

30-day guarantee

If the Handbook isn't useful, email hello@globalautocoverage.com within 30 days of purchase with the email address you bought with, and we'll refund it in full. No reason needed.

Billing mistakes and how refunds are paid

If you were charged incorrectly, we'll fix it, no matter how long ago it happened. Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment provider within 5 business days; your bank may take a few more days to show it.
